Baltanest takes home ECB’s ‘Conference of a Year’ Award

The Estonian Convention Bureau‘s annual ‘Conference of a Year’ celebration awards rite took place in Tallinn on Jan 11, with a tip esteem going to Baltanest 2016, a 8th International Baltic Congress of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care.

Organised by PCO Estravel, a large-scale medical entertainment brought 700 anaesthesiologists, researchers and other experts to a Tallinn Creative Hub in early December. It kick out 12 other nominees to win a prize.

This week’s awards event, hold during a Swissôtel Tallinn, was attended by about 100 guest – customarily discussion organisers, members of a discussion attention and university representatives. The city’s Deputy Mayor, Arvo Sarapuu, handed out a honours, accompanied by ECB Chairman Feliks Mägus and ECB Managing Director Kadri Karu.

“Baltanest unequivocally tender a members with a top-level opening during all stages, from formulation to execution. Conferences like these offer to lift a bar for peculiarity in Estonia, environment a good instance for other would-be organisers,” Karu noted.

The Estonian Convention Bureau is a non-profit organization determined jointly by open and private zone bodies. It was founded in Mar 2008 in sequence to attract general conventions to Estonia. The bureau’s 31 members embody a cities of Tallinn and Tartu, and a series of DMCs, PCOs and hotels. It is co-financed by a Estonian Tourist Board, Enterprise Estonia.
